This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and innovative manager to create and maintain a child-centred therapeutic home in a new 4-bed property in Southampton.
We have a well-resourced in-house Positive Behavioural Support team who will work with you and your team, to deliver therapeutic care to get the best outcomes for the young people.
The role requires:
* QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential Care or equivalent
* Solid experience of working with young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that can challenge
* A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation
* Current registered manager experience with a track record of achieving 'good' at inspection
